We require all clients to have a viable card on file, as all fees are due at the time of service.

All other insurance plans we considered Out-of-Network, which means you would be subject to paying our full rate. 

We highly recommend that you contact your insurance company before we begin services to determine your coverage for mental health counseling/therapy from an ‘Out of Network’ provider, as in most cases they may offer partial reimbursement.

No Show/Late Cancel Fee

We require clients to cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Same day cancellation and no shows will incur a $25.00.

Each session will begin at the scheduled time. We offer a waiting period up to 10 minutes before sessions are considered ‘No Show/Late Cancel.’

Holiday Acknowledgment Policy 

Our office is closed on major holidays.  Inclement weather-related cancellations will be communicated via email and/or text as soon as possible or within 24 hours.

Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

We make an attempt to return inquiries within 24 - 48 hours.
