Hello! I am Shan Cephas, Chief Revenue officer for your therapy practice. My passion is to help people succeed in life, and that starts with our children. With over 15 years of experience in business and leadership my goal is to make sure Growing Young Minds Counseling is a vital part of the Howard County community and beyond.

Education, Professional Training, and Certifications:

I am a huge Maryland Basketball, Michigan Football, and Baltimore Ravens fan. If I am not watching sports, then I am cooking, trying out a new recipe. You can consider me a foodie - Caribbean & Thai food are my favorites. I am a husband and a #girl dad of 6. Call me a proud papa!
