This book was inspired from my years of working with children and adolescents in the mental health setting and school setting. Many of the young people I treat today, or have treated in the past, struggle to cope with their emotions, due to loss, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, etc. This book is a help guide for parents and caregivers to use to affirm their children. It offers tips on how to show your children a deeper level of love by using words, and it allows parents to make reflections with a journal section. Dear Parents, Thank you for all the sacrifices you make to give your children the best chance at having a happy and healthy life.
