Stress Management & Relaxation Techniques
Individuals will receive help with learning how to identify triggers, manage, and overall decrease feelings of stress and/or anger.  

Trauma & Crisis Support  
Individuals will receive crisis counseling for acute stressors. We conduct a safety assessment, create a stabilization plan, and make appropriate referrals for community resources - as needed; this is to ensure the safety and well-being of the client.   

Emotional Coping & Social Skills
Individuals will receive a specialized care plan, designed by us, that will teach practical skills for reducing feelings of depression, anxiety; along with other concerns such as poor self-esteem, peer-related issues, and more, helping their mental health.
